How to Make a Origami Dragon Tadashi Mori
We're back after a bit of a break over the holidays! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year.
Our first post of 2017 features some more awesome origami dragons. Dragons are still probably my favourite thing to see folded with paper.
First up is this kind of adorable little paper wyvern.

You can't have a post about dragons without including Satoshi Kamiya's always amazing looking Ryujin. This one is folded by Damian Malicki and it took him an entire month to fold it out of a sheet of 190cm x 190cm sized paper!

Here's another absolutely incredible western style dragon. This entire model is folded from a 60cm x 60cm square of paper and Nguyen Nam Son tweaked the design a bit to give it four horns instead of two.

Satoshi Kamiya's Ancient Dragon is another super popular design and this one folded by Matthieu Georger looks fantastic.

Here's another very unique dragon design that I've only ever seen folded by paper in dream. This one is folded from one square of paper that's 90cm x 90cm.

Satoshi Kamiya's Ryujin certainly looks like it belongs in this garden.

This is a much simpler dragon design. Even though it's less complex it still looks really great.

Riccardo Foschi designed this awesome river dragon with a very expressive face. In this photo you can see a bit of the process of folding it.

This photo of Satoshi Kamiya's Ryujin really shows the details on the scales. It definitely takes a very long time to fold all of those. This is really a fantastic Eastern dragon design.

Here's another much simpler design that's also kind of cute too.

This next photo is an earlier 2.1 version of Satoshi Kamiya's Ryujin. It's a bit less complicated than the 3.5 version. This one is folded from a single sheet of paper that's 120cm x 120cm.
